Rape Prevention Education is a part of Whakatu Mauri/Rape Crisis Auckland which works to eliminate rape and sexual abuse through education and community work. They also support survivors of sexual abuse and their whanau though a telephone crisis-line. The site provides information for children, young people and parents. It includes information on drug rape, the sexual abuse of males, the legal system, healing, and keeping safe on the Internet. Advice for survivors of sexual abuse or rape is available; also a description of services for Maori, Pacific Island peoples, Asian and migrant peoples. Media statements and an online newsletter are provided.

A strategic initiative designed to increase the level of public debate about the use of prison and alternative forms of punishment in New Zealand. The Salvation Army and Prison Fellowship New Zealand have joined to lead this project. Site has links to the blog and to RECAP newsletter.

SAFE provides community therapy programmes designed to protect children from sexual abuse by treating those who sexually offend. Programmes are available for adults, adolescents and children who have used force or coercion to behave in sexually inappropriate ways. The site includes information on child sexual abuse, treatment programmes, personnel, treatment effectiveness, safety guidelines and support groups/people. Online fact sheets are available.
